I think the female dogs are all in unison when their monthly periods come. I found out that our female dog Darna, has her first menstruation because of the droplets of blood in the floor, and the female dog of our neighbor is also menstruating.
Also, I believe the mating season for the canines are also in unison. Our male dogs don't eat their food completely, because they want to stay with Darna. At night, Chibi, Thor, and Zeus start to bark at each other to get the attention of Darna.
Because of that, I, my sister, and my son thought of placing Darna inside the cage; these 2 dogs except Thor guard the cage.
The virgin volunteered herself to be inside the cage.
Do your female dogs bleed their monthly menses now?

@SIMPLYD I am not sure if they are in heat if they don't eat. I don't know much about dog's psychology. But if I (I am male human) do not eat, it means I am either full or I don't want the foods on the table. However, even if the foods on the table are yummy . . . I don't care to even look at them when there is one "yummy" waiting for me in bed. For sure I will get hit with extreme heat. . I am just honest, lil'sis! Whew!

It must be hard to keep the males away from the females when they are in heat. The cage is an interesting solution.

no ma'am, thankfully the pups here 've either been spayed 'r neutered so's there aint no troubles.
