Got Wood

The hubby took Monday and Tuesday of this wek off instead of Tuesday and Wednesday, as Wednesday (today) it's suppose to be cooler and possibly rainy. That was the weather forecast anyway Sunday. It's after nine and it's still cloudy and definitely cooler, so it might rain, even though the forecast last night didn't have any indications of it raining today.
Anyway, Monday we went and got wood. We decided to take the farm truck as it has a bigger box and we can get more wood in it at a time!! Now, if we would have taken the ol' Ford pickup this one tree would have been a load, but not in the farm truck!!!

It didn't seem as though we got that much wood in the farm truck, not even half full. Hubby said though we stacked it to high, because the side boards couldn't handle the stress.
So stay tuned to day two of wood getting!

My husband has a wood splitter. Then after he splits it I will help him to stack it in our wood lean to that is sided and covered.
