Vacation Time Is Needed!

Speaking of all this cold weather tonight got me thinking of of getting on a plane and finding myself a sandy beach, the warm sun, and some cold drinks.
Getting away when the weather is starting to get cold is my favourite time of year to get away of all the stress of every day normal life. I usually head down to someplace in the Caribbean.
The summer time I usually head off to a major city because that time of year is good for getting out and walking around town exploring! The only downfall is that sometimes it gets awfully hot.
So what do you like to do? Fun in the sun, dope on the slopes, booze on a cruise? What time of year do you like going away?

It always sounds great to have a vacation. The Christmas is coming and perhaps you can enjoy your journey at that time. I am different, I look forward to have a travel to a very cold place. Of course it should have lots of snow since we can't see it here. We like it a lot. I also like the sunshine and beach, but it is easier for me to experience it. So I like to have a vacation in a cold place much more.

Awesome! I look forward to once a year when I can escape the cold! You'd like the snow, I've heard it's wonderful at first!

How I wish that I could go for a vacation again....I have to wait for 4 more months before I can file for a 42 day leave and that' more than enough for me to do all the things I am doing in my home country (hiking, out of town, the beach, wall / rock climbing, catching up with my friends, hanging out with my relatives and spending time with my loved one).
