Well crap, I got distracted...

So I was on Clixsense trying to find a survey to do. During this I'm listening to one of my favorite Disturbed Songs, "Voices." On a side note I first heard this song from the following Dragon Ball Z AMV: (animated music video for those who don't know) back around 2004 during my first semester as a high school freshman. I bring that up, because I think the nostalgia distracted me amidst the boredom of browsing Clixsense.
"How did it distract me," you ask? Well two fold actually, I wrote fight sequence in on of my stories to that song back in 2006... And as I was looking for a survey to qualify for, that sequence played like an animated short in my head. This is actually a weird little mental tick I've had ever since I was a toddler, as whenever I'd listen to music I enjoy, occasionally scenarios manifest in my mind and play out like animated cartoons. And yeah, it's distracting at times. :p

Sometimes it's easy to get distracted when something familiar hits our senses.

@just4him I suppose, but while on Clixsense or Inboxdollar, I listen to that song to power through the tedium of taking surveys. And yet I got distracted by an animated scenario of a scene I wrote. I think my boredom overpowered my resolve. :p

@maezee Nice to know it's not just me. But I think it's telling when I'm distracted by the idea of something I'd rather be doing while working to achieve something. :p
