I keep on thinking of an asset that will increase its value on its own. Then I guess God heard my prayer. because after that a friend ask me if I want to buy a jewelry. At first I am hesitating but I remember I did pray that morning and maybe this is it.
Gold increase its value without an effort from its owner. So even though at first I took out some money from my pocket I know I put it in a good investment.
If you are to put it in a pawning shop, make sure that you will redeem it again, because it is one of those assets like real estate and apartments that increases on its own. God bless.

Do not think again about a pawn shop. Better you can redeem it in a bank. It is always good.

thank you for the advice. but hopefully this is the asset that increase its value on its own, that might help me in the future.
