The Chili and Corn Bread Was A Big Hit! Lunch today, at my house, was my home made chili and corn bread. My guests loved it. I thought it was going to be a cooler day than it was, and chili is usually for those cold wintry days, I know. However, even on a warm day like today it was good and everyone enjoyed it. I had also made brownies the night before so that was a good dessert. We had a nice lunch and some interesting conversation. I love having friends over. Next week, probably Friday, I’m hoping to have my card playing friends over to play some SPADES. I have to see who is available. At the beach, we played several card games and another game called “Scattergories.” Have you ever played that. We were also going to play Password. I had taken the game, but we never got around to it. The weather was just too nice to stay indoors. What games do you enjoy playing?
