Tomorrow that is. I have been slacking on both my diet and my exercise for a week and a half now. It sucks that I have, but I plan on changing that and getting back to my exercise and diet starting tomorrow.
I think this time around I will try to start doing meal prepping though I don't really have much guidance for it so I am not sure what to make and how to go about meal prepping. I will start writing a list of healthy foods that I will need for meal prepping and to keep me eating healthy here at home. I will not be letting my husband go grocery shopping alone this time because he isn't the best at grocery shopping. He tends to look mostly for things he will like and that are high in protein mainly those Rev protein snacks which he buys tons of. I need to make sure I go so I can get the foods I need and foods that my son likes as well.
it is going to be a little bit of a pain in the butt to have to bring extra luggage to school because I will need to bring extra clothes, shoes, and shower stuff for hitting the gym. While I am at the gym I tend to do the elliptical or the treadmill. I would like to go ahead and swim at the pool but I don't have anything to keep track of how many calories I burn while swimming. I use my phone and my phone is not water proof. I can type in how long I was swimming, but that won't be 100% accurate. I'll figure it out. I will start walking while at home after I do my T25+yoga or Zumba+Hip Hop cardio. I will definitely be trying to do yoga every night before bed. Hopefully if I can stick to this plan I will have an easier time reaching my goals.
Can anyone on here give me some advice on meal prepping? Also any advice on what to do at the gym? I'd love advice on how to beat cravings for junk or sweets before cheat day?

For meal prepping, I always use chicken and grill them. I will use pinterest for a variety of marinades so I will not end up tired of the taste after having it for weeks. For chocolate cravings, I just eat a spoonful of almond butter or a tablespoon of organic cacao nibs. They are healthier and somehow taste closer to chocolates, at least in my opinion.
