I am okay now!!!

hey friends, today in the morning I am in very good mood....I am angry, crying and shouting.....then I indulge myself in watching tv, creating videos, uploading them on youtube and then dancing....all these things keep me busy .....my anger or sadness turn into creativeness and talent.....and now I am perfectly okay and fine and relaxed.....if some day you are angry or sad, how you able to control your emotions....what activities you like to do ??

I clean my home when I am angry..haha

I don't like cleaning home when angry....because I will definitely hurt myself

I am glad you were able to take the negative and make it into a positive. We all have those bad days but it is good when we can turn in around by doing things we enjoy. When I am not feeling in the best of moods I like to go for a walk, listen to music but lately I have been coming here. I find that myLot always makes me feel better.

listening to music or dancing or watching movie .....really helps me in forgetting about bad incidence......mylot is also very helpful in cheering up the mind....
