Can Mandarmani Beach still be called Virgin Beach?

November 2, 2016 10:35am CST
Among the few beaches near Bay of Bengal, Mandarmani Beach is called Virgin Beach. One can driver his car even in the sands of the beach. But from over crowding around the beach for the last 2 years, I wonder, is the beach still a virgin beach? It is because there are no stones, pebbles in the sand. It is smooth sand. But when more tourists flock, more food wastes are thrown and it becomes difficult to maintain the beach in the same condition.

:( that's what the problem is..no one takes the initiative of cleanliness We should mind our own dust. We should throw things where it belongs..#dustbin When hundreds are already creating mess around, how could 2 or 3 hired cleaners could clean all by themselves?

Thanks Ritika, yes, the clean beaches should be protected. Strict rules against pollution should be implemented.

@RitzzView Thanks Ritikaji, even the safety measures in the Beach are not there. Many people meet accidents.

Nice picture. It looks beautiful. It is sad that people will litter and ruin such beautiful places.

Thanks LB for the comments. Yes the beach does not remain virgin presently. The more tourists it will welcome, the more damage will happen to the beach.
