Woke up feeling crappy

Yep, I went to bed with heartburn last night and even took my pill for it and woke up this morning and took another pill since I still had heartburn and then to top it off I have had the poops since this morning also. I been resting and catching up on sleep. It sucks but my body is going through some type of acid relux/IBS issue I think. I am even trying to get a hold of my mother in law so I can do laundry this weekend instead of today so hopefully she will be okay with it. I am drinking coke to help a little bit and even took 2 half pills for my runny spout and is finally slowing down a bit. Hopefully I feel better sometime today. Well, sorry to write a gross post but gotta keep the posts rolling in. I am even very behind on my notifications. I will catch up later today. Later for now!

I have IBS and I hate when I have flare ups from it. I know the drained feeling your talking about. I hope you get too feeling better soon.

Caffeine can make diarrhea worse. You might want to switch the Coke out for plain water until you're feeling a bit better.

I hate when you get some lurgy and haven't got any good ideas about how to treat it and stomach/gastro ones are the worst.
