I lost a half pound today....

.....not intentionally anyway. And it wasn't in weight, it was from having blood drawn.
Not only did I need my blood work done for my regular doctor's appointment, but I also had to have additional blood work done for the specialist...so the nice vampire lady had to take double the amount today....so I figure 1/2 pound sounds good!
We normally go to the local joint for pancakes after blood work but I didn't feel like it today. My appointment was 8 am so my day started early.
This is probably our last beautiful day - when I say beautiful I mean hot....temps will be dropping back to mid-high 70s soon. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Thanks, I don't see why it would have changed much from last time - all my levels perfect - well, except for kidney function but that's why I go to a specialist.

Since I've been on the right meds all my blood work comes back perfect -- all my levels are just where they should be - well, except for kidney function which is why I go to a specialist.

And it will be back next time too. Probably with a vengeance. Not fun to have blood work done.

I did feel the stick, usually I don't, so she was a tad rougher than the other vampires LOL

@celticeagle At least I didn't bruise...I hate walking around with a huge bruise looking like someone beat me up.
