Returning bought products

hey friends, before diwali I bought 2 bedsheets from an online store.....and they came out after diwali festival.....but they are really disappointed product.....they are not upto our requirements. pillow color are very different in design...and bedsheet is not completely stitched. so I decide to return them...and yesterday I submit ticket on their site. I am hoping money will also be returned but I think whole process will take time. lets hope for best.

I hope you get your refund! Most places I don't have any troubles with refunds. I hate buying items where it isn't described when we get it.

yaa....I checked everything...but the main problem is that ...product is really so bad....

@infatuatedbby well, yesterday I talked with them....and they said that I will be able to get refund within a week....i hope everything will go right

I will explain in short.....it is a festival in our country....we buy some gifts or new clothes, sweets and we decorate our home with lights and we arrange get together for meeting neighbours, friends or relatives. It is most biggest festival in our country which is around 5-6 day long....but its preparations get started around 2-3 months ago...

@Iam_jauntyjen well, we put diyas which are lighten by adding some oil in it and also we prepare rangoli designs on the floor of our houses to welcome the goddess of wealth...

@hema7213 sounds exciting! Is there any specific decorations you have to put? For example,during Christmas we put stars,lanterns or Santa Clause. In VAlentine's , we put heats and cupids. How about during diwali festival?
