Limiting my computer time

I decided to limit my time to sit in front of my computer, as I think I have been spending too much time with my computer - working on my freelance projects & online, reading articles, watching webinars, etc.
I have felt overwhelming lately and found that this is really unhealthy to me and my family. So, it's time to limit my computer time.
I have been only going online in the early morning these few days, and spending more time with my kids and reading, I feel so much better.
Do you spend too much time online too?

I think I spend long time online. It seems that I depend on it so much. Such as I also need to find some exercises for my son to do. And I also need to communicate with other parents to share the information. And lately I will plan our travel during Chinese New Year. And I have to book many things online and also search the local information. I know it is not healthy to spend so much time online. But it is hard to change it now.

Oh, I probably do. Past the time of spending time with the kids. Had a nice time with them this evening anyway.

While I don't think I do, I am cutting back a little...or putting my time to better use on the computer might be a good way to put it.
