Feeling Better

I am feeling better about my arm. The physical therapist was here today. She said that if my rotary cup was torn I would have a lot of pain and probably some swelling. She explained about the muscles there and the way the joint works. I am not having pain except when I try to lift it too high or twist it weird. Some occasional aching. So I do feel better. I was so worried because I haven't had the doctor tell me how it is doing. No pictures for him to go by except the x-rays they took at the hospital. She also showed me some exercises to do to strengthen it. I need to remember to do them.

Don't forget to do the exercises to strength your arm. Good to hear you're feeling better.

@infatuatedbby .........No, but in doing some research I find that it usually takes about three months.

@celticeagle That is great! Did the doctors tell you how long it will take you to fully recover back to normal?

She really made me feel better. Still don't see the doc until the 30th and have no idea how the arm is but she has given me hope that it is doing okay.
