And what you user it for? Well, I'll start with my answer.. mine is number 0.25 I just use or when I get strain in my eyes from constantly looking at the screen.

@RitzzView Haha no secret. I was borderline in needing some but the eye doctor said it was very minimal and not even recommended. Blink your eyes and let your eyes rest.

I have had specs since i was in 6th grade i think...i have far-sightedness. ...my number is high so i need it the entire time i am awake.

yep I use glasses when Im watching TV and using computer. I have a little long distance sight problem
