Dentist says... so you won't have as many cavities, if you use dental. I would say I used dental floss for like over 25 years and it helped me some. But since I a have reached the menopausal years, my teeth decided to go south. I had thought that this problem of cavities and holes that forms itself pretty rapidly is an can have something to do with hereditary. I tell you frankly, the old fillings I had 30 years ago, I mean 30 years already, are coming off now, with pieces of tooth with. I know it is a yuk subject. But why, because, of the high cost of dental help, me and my husband included, has to for now, see and feel our dental problems deteriorating. Now as my American friends here might tell me to get myself an insurance for it, let me tell you, it works differently here in Canada. Insurance per person and depending on you age, can be as much as $100.00/person age 50 and up, if their is a miracle solution to that let me know I would consider it. Around where I live husband and wives works both and can barely survive, they have to go food bank so it is just to give you an idea how things are. photo from pixabay

Dental care for anything is very rough. My insurance doesn't even to dental and it sucks. Flossing is a good way to prevent gum diseases for sure. It is good to just save up and hopefully something can happen!
