stairs

How many stairs do you have to climb in your daily routine. Both at home or at office. Well for me the average count is around 300 stairs daily to the minimum. My room is on the first floor, living area on ground floor and clinic at the basement. So daily it is a constant riding of stairs which attimes leaves me dead tired and irritated. All the mother's with small kids can surely understand my point. Some of my friends live on a single floor and don't have to climb stairs at all.

I like to avoid stairs after dealing with a knee injury, it takes me forever to deal with stairs. Thankfully the only stairs I have to deal with is my grandma's steps and I don't even bother with those that much.

I have a small set of 3 steps to get from the street to my front door and 3 steps to go down to my clothes dryer. So on laundry days I'm up and down the steps to the clothes dryer quite often. And on yard and garden days, again I'm up and down the stairs fairly often. In the job I retired from a few years ago, the building was on 3 levels, about 15 steps to the staircases. I was up and down those steps all day long. My fitness level was up and I slept well at night. I kinda miss those stairs.

@amitkokiladitya We have no stairs in our house so I don't really see or use stairs on a daily basis. And I don't really go out much but at this moment with my Childcare Course, I'd say once a week for now. I do like climbing stairs as it's a little bit of exercise but it hurts my right knee going down stairs.
