I have to send an important email ...
Its a proposal for my new assignment but somehow it is simply not happening..
My mind is not helping me to write is down. As it requires a lot of focus and detailing I really need to get focused.
I want to do but I'm simply unable to do..
I think the time is not correct and I should leave it for a while and try later.
Its a very important proposal and I wish all goes well.
.God please guide me...

It is not clear what is stopping you from writing a mail, which is very important and could turn your life. It is said that - "Only beginning is hard". I believe that once you start writing the first line, you would be able to complete it. You need to tell your mind that it is important to write this mail and for your own sake you have to initiate it.

You will get it done in good time. I find that happening to me quite often and I have to just leave it alone for a while and then get it done.
