Not My Boots!

It saddened me today to realize that I need to buy myself some new boots. I looked down at my boots today and saw that the sole on the bottom is being slowly torn. If I walk on it then that corner because it is already torn and worn it gives under the weight of my step. Soon I will have a big hole in the bottom of it. Maybe I will buy some when I am in Philly where I can find some good boots at a reasonable price.
How long do you wear shoes? Do you wear them until they start looking worse for wear? Or do you absolutely wear them out until they have holes?
When I was younger I would wear my sneakers until they had holes in them because I didn't like to ask for things. I think that is why im so bad with money because it is mine and I don't have to answer to anyone or bother anyone for it.

Mine lasts a long time since I only wear them seasonally. 
I just bought a bunch from last years sale to wear them this year.

well those were my only pair of boots. I don't have many pairs of shoes to begin with. I have a pair of sneakers, 2 pairs of sandals, and this pair of boots. Wish I had more shoes so I wouldn't have to rely solely on these

I usually get mine at Walmart. Shoes if I don't wear them in winter a year or two. But I usually do

@IvySaysHi I got a good pair last year. Paid $25 for them. My sister got similar paid $80 and didn't last her a year.

Better you have a pair and keep on chnging them frequently. They give a new look to you as well as to others also
