My Thanksgiving is on Schedule

I don't have a lot to do to get ready. I finished some minor shopping this morning. I've taken care of getting the garbage out to the dumpsters, now all I need to do is vacuum and wash the kitchen and bathroom floor. Later I will get the pies made. I have a recipe for no-bake pumpkin pie I took from a magazine years ago and it's a winner with my family. The holidays wouldn't be complete without it. My older son called and said he wouldn't be able to be here before 3 tomorrow. His girlfriend's boy gets out of school at 2:30. I called my younger son and he said that was a good time. So that's when we'll sit down to eat. Everything is working out perfect. I even got my tree this morning when I went shopping. Now I just need to find a place to put it. It's a 6.5 foot tree. I also just had maintenance here to check on my water heater because I'm not getting more than a ten minute shower at best. He found the reason to be a melted thermostat. So that's been replaced and I'll be able to take a normal shower once again. So that's been my day - getting ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow. How has your day been? Thanks for reading.
