Why I Hate Grudges

This one seems pretty straight forward. It is about adolescent adults. Let me see, where is an example of this? Oh Yeah, our elected officials. Most of them seem to love to show us the wrong way of how to behave. They set bad examples at the very least.. Punk Rock may have ruined Less Than Jake lives. Which is the oppisite of what the Mahones say, as it saved their lives. Of course, Less Than Jake be silly most of the time. They had a punk rock ruined my life T-shirt on in one of their songs. I bring this up because Punk Rock has had a bad few days, as 2016 seems to continue to wreak havoc on musicians. Micky Fitz the lead vocalist of "The Business" passed away. He was from London He was only in the band 37 years and another one lost to cancer. "Bad Astronaut" drummer Erik Herzog has also passed away.. Not sure what the cause of that one was, but he hailed out of Santa Barbara, California. Might need some silliness like Punk rock ruined life to lighten the miood. Maybe later, right now, this is why you do not hold grudges. I think this song by Less Than Jake fits well. Not that anyone was holding grudges against those two, but does let you know life is short and not to take it for granted. So stop holding grudges and get over it already. This video is really well done and drives home the point as about as well as anyone could. I always wonder why I learn more about life from people who were never supposed to teach me anything than the actual people who were supposed to teach me. We need better leaders.
