Because I will be playing “Jeopardy” night at my son’s house later this month, I’ve been boning up on all the trivia I can find. We really enjoy “Jeopardy” night. We have some delicious snacks and tasty drinks and enjoy a week’s worth of “Jeopardy” that he has recorded the previous week and which we have not been allowed to watch. We have our score cards and it’s so much fun to see who can get the most answers.
So, here are a few more things I found today.
The very first American entrepreneur to be worth over one billion dollars was Henry Ford, the Ford car mogul.
In the U.S., more gold is used to make class rings than any other piece of jewelry. I can believe that, considering the number of high school and college graduates there are every year.
There is only one crime that is mentioned by name in the Constitution of the United States: Treason.
Did you know that it is a criminal offense for any U.S. sailor or soldier to pose nude, according to the U.S. Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Hmmmm. What do you think about that?

And kids (parents) can still afford class rings?

I think its one of the things that parents still purchase. It's a one-time right of passage, I guess.

I think it's FUN to know odd facts about persons, places and things. Don't you?
