Did MIT actually get involved in MyLot's affairs?

Since I'm writing about click bait, I thought I'd use a slightly deceptive title for this. The real question is: Did MIT's lawyers get involved with the affairs of the perpetrators of the jive monkey click bait "articles" and ads we have to deal with on MyLot, Facebook, AOL, etc.?
Am I the only one who noticed the change in the ad that (usually) shows two smiling young Asian-looking gals? The header says something like "How two Boston grads changed the insurance industry." Occasionally the two gals miraculously morph into another gal and some Indian-looking dude.
But the header USED to say, "How two MIT grads changed the insurance industry." Did MIT's lawyers actually write a cease and desist letter to whatever company it is that generates that ad? MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is one of the most prestigious Universities in the United States, and presumably would not want to be associated with such rubbish.
Am I the only one who noticed the change? Do you have a least favorite click bait ad (other than Oprah crying, that is)?

@pgntwo Uhm... I was almost scared to see something pop up, pgn! You never know if it's going to be something alive or something pony just says he fell in love with! LMAO!
Edit to add: And THEN I realized what people might think I meant with my first sentence! SMH! Just because your mind is always in the gutter doesn't mean mine started there! (It usually does, but for once, I am innocent!
