Getting excited to 2017 already

How are you mylotters? I just want to share my excitement for 2017. My boyfriend and I already booked for two flights: one local and one international. For our local trip, we are going to Cebu and for our international trip, we are going to Indonesia. Anyone here who is from Indonesia? I wanted us to visit the Borubudur temple. It has been one of those attractions that I have always seen in History Books.
Are you excited for 2017? What are your plans?

Yes, it is. We grabbed the promo flights. Unfortunately, my boyfriend wasn't able to catch up for the promo on return flight. He said he is going to wait for another promo.

@annierose That is nice. Travelling is fun. It is something that refreshes your mind, and takes you out of the boring routine.
No plans yet as such, but we do go for holidays twice a year, mostly locally.

@shy816 I have been very busy. Hahaha! I enrolled for a graduate study and also got so busy with my blog. I would like to go mountain climbing but my boyfriend is always worried about me. He said it will be very difficult.

I hope you will have a nice trip. Our international trip will be during our Chinese New Year and we will fly to Russia. It is our second time to travel there. I am very excited to it As to the travel plans in summer vacation this year, I haven't planned it yet.

Hopefully Europe in April! Cebu and Indonesia both sound exciting, I've been to Indonesia a few times but still haven't gotten the chance to travel to the Philippines. Maybe someday.

@cahaya1983 Nice to hear that. Europe is on our list too but getting a Schengen visa is not easy. I think I need to collect more stamps from different countries for them to believe my purpose in getting to Europe. What are the places that you visited in Indonesia? Did you rent a car there?

@cahaya1983 We will be there on May. May I ask how much is it to rent a car with a tour guide? It is cheaper to rent a car rather than to ride a train. I wish we could go around from Jakarta to Yogkarta and then to Bali.

@annierose I went to Jakarta, Bandung and Medan. Bandung was beautiful! Yeah we rented a car with a tour guide as well. I've only seen pictures of Borobudur temple, never been there yet. When are you guys going?

@Meramar That would be nice! As much as I would like to, I wanted to bring my mom with me but she is afraid of heights. I worry that she cannot ride an airplane or she might suffer a heart attack while on the airplane.

@averygirl72, @cacay1 I agree. Palawan is one of our dreamt destinations. Unfortunately, I was very stubborn that we were not able to book for Palawan this 2017. But for sure, it will be our next local trip after our trip in Cebu. I book at 1,999 one way from Manila to Jakarta.

I look forward to having my new apartment ready to live in and perhaps to get my city house sold at some point. But I will be really excited to get internet full time where I am moving to. I want to earn some money online and I do so need internet. Then I can stop travelling between two homes.
