What's for dinner? December 27

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
We are having baked marinated chicken breasts. To go with them I am making steamed jasmine rice and baby spinach sauteed with extra virgin olive oil and chopped garlic. It is a pretty basic dinner but that's what we have on hand here.
That's what's happening over here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

@NJChicaa I made way too much rice Christmas Eve. It may get thrown out before it all gets eaten. There's ham, chicken cacciatore, turkey, quinoa salad, mashed potatoes, turnip, and some meat pastries my daughter made for the Boxing Day dinner (actually her boyfriend's mother made them). Lots of left overs to eat.

@teamfreak16 I certainly understand that. That's how I buy meat as well... whatever is on sale or whatever I can get a deal on. Today I picked up 2 packages of boneless skinless chicken thighs that were marked 45% off. Into the freezer they went.

That sounds really delicious! Jasmine rice is my favorite, after trying that I've never gone back to ordinary rice. I love the flavor.
My ex's wife gave me ham leftovers plus an entire whole cooked ham that they could not use! Needless to say we are having ham tonight with rice and I think Alfredo sauce, peas, and probably green beans as well. Or maybe I'll mix in the ham with the little cheese filled pasta circles I served last Friday.
I froze most of the ham packaged up in multi-portions and individual portions as well as ham for soups and other things.
