Sore throat troubles

I made that mistake last night when I put some vics on my throat hoping the sore would lessened. Turns out, I cough so many times that I end up sleeping late. Yeah, I'm still sick, not to mention that cold feet doesn't make me feel any better.
Another mistake was the lack of water in take. We've ran out of darn containers and Water Distilled station had delayed my order for almost two days now! 
I'm switching back to the old one, glad I didn't threw them off easily.
Lack of sleep and weather may have contributed to this and I'm not the only one. I can't risk exercise or I might get worst.

Hello @shaggin in my feet? under it? maybe I should give it a try. My mistake was using vics on were my throat is and then my cough got worst.

@Letranknight2015 Lather it on the soles of your feet and then cover with socks and go to sleep. Unless it is worse then a cold like Bronchitis it works. Like I said I don't know how it works but it does.

I had a sore throat 3 weeks ago. It blossomed into one of the worst colds I've had in years. I'm finally feeling much better now, and I think that's because I've stayed away from people and have given myself time to rest and rehydrate. I hope you feel much better soon!

@Letranknight2015 Yes, I understand. I wish we could control whether we get them or not, but that's mostly beyond our control.

What meds are you taking? @MGjhaud The first day I took a mix of neozep, tylenol and even Amoxil but then succeeding days I just went for tylenol and ate some dalandan.

Staying hydrated is so important! Of course, lack of sleep might be the culprit when it comes to our immune system. We need sleep to stay strong, but a cough will certainly keep us up.

Hello @PatZAnthony For some reason I had hard time sleeping at night. But because I also sleep in the afternoon, this sore throat had bothered me for days.

It's just that were running out of containers and they didn't respond or gave immediate reasons why we our orders weren't being processed @JudyEv if only we had installed purification devices in our water supply.

Im trying so hard to manage it @Ayuriny but it the colds just don't go away that easily. Hope your doing okay over there.
