New Year's Resolution

In all seriousness... I started my New Year's resolution last year.
I will no longer live in bitterness and unforgiveness. I refuse to...
It really only hurts the person who holds onto the offense. It can cause sickness in the body, mental stress, and attract avoidable tragedies in our lives.
Yes... It may cause temporary pain in the lives of the people we have ill feelings towards; by rejecting, spreading gossip, and avoiding them. But it will cause more severe, and permanent harm to the one's holding onto the offense.
Yes... Some may feel that if we forgive the other person, we are letting the other person win. But in reality...they are winning more when we refuse to forgive them.
So my prayer is...(and if just one person heed's this advise, it will be worth it)...that we all learn to just let the offenses go. It won't always be easy, but it will be well worth it. There is not a sin in this world that anyone has done, that Jesus says is not forgiveable.
Ever since I have decided not to be angry anymore...my health, mental state, and peace in my life, has greatly improved.
Again... May this year give everyone who reads this post, many blessings in their relationships, finances, health, and spiritual being.

It is best to forgive others so you can move on with your life. It is better to be nice to others than to be mean to others. Better for your mental state.

yeah, the only person that hurts is ourselves, the person we hold those feelings towards often has no idea (and wouldnt care if they did know!)
