What is your best quality and your worst defect?

Maybe this isn't such an easy question for many people to answer (and I can understant the reasons), but I can answer it in a flash... 
- Quality: I'm very generous (sometimes much more than I should), I always like to help (within my limits) to everyone.
- Defect: I do not know if this can be considered a defect, but I usually be very anxious (especially if there is a marked date)

I used to be like that. Never being able to finish anything and I'm really creative. However, from November 2016, I was able to finish a challenged and I felt so accomplished it continued until December and I intend to pursue that. It feels great to really be able to finish something.
Try going over The Reset Girl's Lister's Gotta List Challenge or her Self Care challenge. It will improve your creativity and hope it'll make you finish the challenge.

That is a tough one, I asked my wife about my best quality and she said I am considerate, she wouldn't say my defect but I think I am short tempered

My best quality is that I am laid back and easy-going, and can find ways to connect or relate with just about everyone I come in contact with. My kids tell me that I interact with people as if every one of them was my best friend.
As for faults, I am very trusting of people, and sometimes that can come back to hurt me when people I trust let me down or deceive me or do unethical or immoral things.

Sometime I help out even when no one asks me for help. (Yes, this is what is called sticking you nose into other people's business). I believe in turning my unhappiness/depression into happiness for others.
I get anxious easily, especially when I have to make a phone call to someone I've talked to before.

My best quality: I'm very driven, and have motivation to do great things in life
My biggest defect: I do not have enough focus! My motivation encourages me to do lots of great projects, but I want to do SO MUCH that I can't get it all done. I wish I could be immortal.
