Set up woes

So we picked up our laptops last night. Not much time getting things personalized last night. So today I am trying to get it done.
iTunes was easily downloaded, but it won't transfer my apps from my phone, it wants to download them one by one from the App Store. Not a big deal, they are all free apps.
Something I will have to do later as well, is set up how I want to organize my crochet patterns and recipes. I am thinking I will grab a few thumb drives to help store/back up these.
On the other hand, I am having fun figuring it all out.

I got a laptop for Christmas, not something I will use all the time, I prefer a desk top, but it's nice if I want to sit on the couch instead of at my desk. Have fun getting yours all set up.

I prefer a desktop myself, but my husband wanted to go the laptop route.

@Morethanamom Well even thought laptops are not my fav thing, now my hubby and I can both be online at the same time if we choose so there is that.

It's probably still a good idea to back things up somewhere other than the laptop.

We have an external hard drive, though we aren't sure how recent of a backup we have.
