As of 2017 I have decided not to send a Kalimera Friday greeting anymore . . . it makes me far too nostalgic for the places I have been and since I never hear from Katerina anymore . . . whats the point?
Today will be AntÃo (goodbye in Greek) and the start of some other trend to suit my challenge of "self discovery" modus operandi during the coming year.
So long "Kalimera Friday" and here's hoping those that remember Fridays will remember them fondly.

My husband is Greek and I miss Katerina and he photos. Where is she? We are planning on getting to Greece hopefully this year...never been - he was born in the states. but his heart is Greek. I am not familiar with that Friday...
