I can understand why my daughter likes dried apricots. Because she is not able to eat anything with dairy , she found lots of other good things that she can put hands on and have no problems digesting it. The nutrients that Apricot has really is amazing, from the book ' Food that heals' from Doctor George D.Pamplona- Roger. The Apricot composition per 100 gram of raw edible, if you are into healthy food you will be interested in knowing this. Apricots comes from Central Asia they grow in acclimated to temperate climates in Europe and America. 48.0 kcal of Energy, 1.40 g of Protein , 8.72 g. of Carbohydrates , 2.40 of Fibers.........Total fat 0.260 mg .....Saturated fat 0.390 g. and the list is more extended then that but I wanted to give you a very brief idea of some nutrients that apricots has. Just to say beside all the other things she can find to eat, without costing an arm an a leg, she can still feed herself, even if she has that allergy problem. pixabay picture

I understand that in the near future you might get yourself a nice little bag of some. We pay at Walmart for a small bag,$3.49 Canadian dollar.
