Lacking Motivation

I have been trying to get back into the groove of my fitness regimen, but for the last few days I have been so out of energy that I have also been lacking in motivation. I am just so exhausted lately that I can't really find the energy for working out. I am going to try to eventually work out today, but I can't make any promises because I have once again woken up without much energy and a head ache I feel coming on.
I have been doing pretty well with my eating on watching my caloric in take, not necessarily the healthiest choices though because since we were on vacation for so long no one has really been able to do food shopping and I am not sure if we will even be getting our food stamps this month in which case I won't be able to really get the healthy foods I would want and need. Let's hope I do though.
How do you motivate yourself to work out? How do you motivate yourself to do anything? What helps you get energized when you wake up with no energy what so ever?
