It is really difficult for you because you are doing it just once in three weeks..Your body is having a hard time adapting to it.
I worked in a call center before and I am in a night shift but my body got used to it because I always have the same schedule..

Being a call center agent is one of the most in-demand jobs here in our country. And that job usually requires working on night shift. I have also experienced it, and yes, at first it's really hard, but you will also get used to it. If you are going to sleep during daytime, make your room dark, or at least wear an eyemask. That may help you sleep.

@tom_view @tom_view Yes, any job with night shift schedule is really hard. It's like your world is different from normal. You are awake when most people are sleeping, and you are sleeping when most people are awake. But you need to learn to adjust. It may be hard at first, but you can also get used to it.

Night shift isn't for everyone. It's my favoreite shift though, and the one I work. I go in to work anywhere from 8 pm to 10 and leave anywhere from 5 am to 7 am.

@tom_view It's what I prefer. Quieter, and I work with all males so there's not much drama.
