Are you organized?

I have been diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder, so being organized is incredibly important to me. I hate to be unprepared and I carry everything around with me in case of an emergency. I like everything to be ordered and listed and just neat.] Are you organized or disorganized? Chaotic even?

I like to be organized. I always keep my important things close by me all the time at home. And I always have my phone with me when I am out. But there are also some disorganized things about me as well. Like when I cannot figure out where to put some things. And then I run out of room so things can pile up. Then I stress over getting all that organized.

@inertia4 Sounds like you need more storage space!

@Clairelouiser That I do need. My cousins friend is supposed to help me in the bedroom. He said he would build a closet and another storage area as well. Hopefully I can get that done.

Not to the extent of OCD but I have been accused of being a neat freak. I like things in certain order and place and don't like people disturbing my stuff.

@JohnRoberts I understand that, but some people just don't respect that do they?

Most of the time I am organized. I don't like the feeling of forgetting something or not having what I need.

I think I am a bit OCD but not too much thankfully. I read a great book on OCD once - fiction - but it gave me a much better understanding of the condition. It was called 'Addition' by Toni Jordan. You might enjoy it if you ever get the chance to read it.

@Clairelouiser Perhaps it is. I've only just recently twigged that perhaps I have a few of the 'symptoms'.

@JudyEv I think that it is more common than people realize to be honest. I will definitely give that a go thank you

I'm very organized. Sometimes I'm even boring with organizations.

@TheInvisibleMan There is nothing boring about being prepared, but I am the same, I irritate everyone talking about what needs to be done.
