Diary Tuesday 10th January 2017
My least active day ever excluding basic online computer activity, routine job search activity and necessary food consumption.
Diary Wednesday 11th January 2017
Dreadful gales and rain all night and most of the day tough I was out for a long job club session, followed by a shopping expedition, but otherwise not much different than Tuesday. I did however secure my next public speaking engagement for March this year with a talk on the history and nature of humour and fun, which I’ll be presenting here in Preston in two months.
Diary Thursday 12th January 2017
I appear to have fallen through a time warp as today is almost a shot for shot rerun of Tuesday. Cold but dry out though with snow warnings on the radio for much of the country.

I am definitely caught in a time warp nothing but snow and ice and white, white, white plus gray days that end as quickly as they begin

So does some parts of England get more snow than others? Or, might you get the warnings but rarely see the white stuff?
I got some more of my bookwork done and a few bills paid, but otherwise, I don't feel like I did too much. I stayed home and made chili for supper and got a couple of chapters of a book read.

@MarshaMusselman England or Britain, has quite a dramatic changing landscape and covers over a 1,000 square miles - the weather can change dramatically within a few miles - it can be snowing in one town and sunny in the next here - Preston is cold but has clear skies today though the gales are still blowing - other towns are on flood alert

We ahad a couple of nice days on Tuesday and Wednesday,so I wasn't home too much to be on the computer. Yesterday when we were running around we saw a bunch of geese heading north. Hopefully spring will make an early appearance, but today and the weekend you wouldn't be able to guess it!!
