Man using Women Undies... What do you think???

I know a person, a relation of us. He is using women panties... I have no idea whether he is wearing them or not, but I have seen he keep lot of women panties with him.
I think this is kind of psycho problem.. He is sick according to my thoughts. What do you think? Do we have to take him to a doctor?

Once he was in our house, I went his room to sweep it... Accidently his bag fallen from the rack and there were many ladies undies including my elder girls panties.. I was shocked

@amandajay I'm not really sure, why, let's for example, during those times women don't wear jeans because it's for men, but now it became normal. And another, women don't have mens' haircut but now they even wanted bald head.

Yeah... Even I dont think he will come to a doctor... Lol... I cant force him either... In the other hand my husband doesnt know about his behavior and I cant even tell him as he is a realtion of him
