Night time at the city

I see night time in the city is very different here in our place which is a rural place. Our place is not yet that urbanized. People at the city still gets out of the house and roam the street up to 10pm. They also sleep later. Some sleep at 12 midnight up to 2 am in the morning. Here in the province people sleep as early as 8pm. Children are very active at night time they are still playing around with other kids in the neighborhood. While in the province at around 6 pm people are all inside the house and quiet just watching TV. People are so alive at night in the city while in the province people are quiet and stays at home early. Do you live in the noisy city or in a quiet rural area?
