Well when there's all sorts of resistance we'll have to find creative ways to make progress happen. Some may not understand exactly what's occurring and not everyone needs to understand. If we're expected to grow in some way then we'll have to invent new ways. The old ways are ineffective but the new ways may create the necessary "breakthroughs" which are need to elevate or either climb higher.
Of course there will need to be some experimenting to see which methods are effective. However some methods may be effective but others may prove to be more effective. The ones which produce better results are the ones the people should go with. So many may not want to observe the "growth" and that's why there's chaos. When others aren't able to progress in ways they're observing others progress then they'll become upset.
There's a lot of eyes but how many are willing to assist the people will "rising up?" Well if others are interested then the people should be. There should be a desire to want better and to want to see our people "develop." If we're serious about building then we have a lot of work to do. No time for games. "Time to make a better way." This sounds like a political speech by a leader to his party. I do think that sometimes progress is made by using underhand methods to manipulate people. I think the UK government, for example, is trying to undermine the efficiency of the NHS health service so they can sell it off. I think some channels of the media are compliant with this too.
