A headache to remember...

Since it's cold, my head gets cold which gives me a headache. That's normal I guess.
BUT.....
It becomes pain in the butt when you cover your head and it again gives you another headache because my head doesn't like to be constrained.
SCOWL!!!
So, I am alternating between covering and uncovering my head.......every few minutes.
Do you ever have same issue like me? If you can give me a solution.... then please be my guest!

@infatuatedbby I do wear one when cold starts my headache but wearing a beanie for too long starts another headache too. lol

@Daljinder I mainly get headaches when it's hot. But I do know what it's like to cover myself up because I'm cold but then come out again because I can't breathe properly.

@Daljinder I sometimes like my feet out but feel like something is going to grab them so I put them back under....because blankets are a great shield....

@VivaLaDani13 I get headaches because of cold winter air. So, I keep my head covered pretty much all the time. Hot doesn't bother me that way.
Oh I know about that breathing thing. Funny thing is, I should feel better by sticking my face out when I have problem breathing but no. I feel better of I stick my feet out.

I have no such issues but you can always resort to ways to get rid of it and there are so many.
