In recent years I have learned more about the benefits of nuts.. good to know if they can give Vitamin D..is it D3?

@buenavida It's the Vitamin that all people living in countries where there is very little sun need. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in very few foods, but when you take the supplement it is better to eat a few nuts after because they help the vitamin to enter your body.

I started eating them daily as a snack and adding them to salads after my heart problems in the spring last year. Wish I had eaten them before too!

@mysdianait I can understand that, as good fats clear the arteries. I also take Carotenoid Complex that keeps the plaque away
..

Maybe it is a hint from our Creator - who created the walnuts - and the brain, that we should eat these nuts to make the brain funktion well..??
