How to increase your life-expectancy?

We all want to live longer. Quite often of course.But, are we doing anything to achieve it. There are some simple ways that can give you good health and keep your brain active to achieve and increase the Life-expectancy.
1. Stress is a killer disease. It leads to so many health problems such as depression, obesity, and heart attack. So try to get away with it.
2. Drink moderately: The studies have shown drink taken in moderation will give good health. Anything exceeding the limit will be dangerous. So drink or take alcohol with responsibility and in limits
3. Do exercise (simple) regularly
4. Quit smoking
5. Try to live in the society and not in dreams. As you advance in age, there will be people who pay scant respect to your words or deeds. Do not get discouraged. Try to have your own company of friends and form a society of your own to keep yourself always engaging and active.
6. Keep your brain active solving some brain teasers, learning a foreign language, meeting the friends at their houses etc.,

On the contrary, i don't want to live longer, only till i am fit, healthy and moving.
