Darning the Window Screens

My naughty cat always wanted to stay inside the house instead of the sleeping place I provided her at the garage, so she scratched our window screens and made large holes in it so she could get through.
So yesterday I repaired/darned the screens so other insects can't get inside the house. I used a thin nylon thread and a big needle and it worked well. Next time if the cat will destroy the screens again, I had to go to a screen maker and ask that the fine mesh be doubled with a stronger mesh so the cat's claws can't tore it.
Do you allow your cats inside the house? Do you have such intelligent pets?

It is one of the characteristics of a cat; I put a scratchwood around so he can scratch on it.

If my mom weren't here I wouldn't mind having a dog inside the house, specially now that the weather is a bit cold.

Small dogs are easier to manage like allowing them inside the house; or they can be in a cage or in a lease if inside the house.

It is better to have a mesh instead of a Screen.

Yes, my cat also wants to get inside the house. The male cats stay outside and the females stay in our bathroom. Hihihi Our bathroom has a storage room beside it, so that's where they stay.

Cats are easy to teach; I knew this when I adopted this stray cat. I don't like cats before, but now I learned that they are so sweet pets.

@acelawrites I also adopt kittens. Hihihi Yup, they are so sweet.
I had heard our local cats are more intelligent than those with other breeds. Hihihi Well that is according to those who had tried taking care of cats with different breeds.
