ICS Shutting Down

Well, folks, another oldie but goodie is closing its doors as of January 31st. ICS or Instant Cash Sweepstakes is closing. If you are eligible for the $2 cashout, rush on over there and do so before the 31st. I received the email from them last night. If you don't have the $2 to cashout you are out of luck. I currently have 49 cents in my account. I really wanted to see if I could earn the rest to cash out one last time before the 31st but there were no monies or tickets being offered for the polls I took.
I do not like the fact that they are not paying out to anyone below the $2 mark. Of course, after being paid by them several times over the years, I can't complain too much. I have never had a problem with cashing out with them.
The sister site, PVP, Paid View Point will remain open and they are going to concentrate on it. I have no idea if they intend to spruce PVP up after closing ICS. I am sad to see ICS going but I am thankful for the fact that ICS was a great site that offered low cash out minimums and that it paid constantly on time with no problems.
Anyone else sad to see ICS go?

@rebelann PVP is a good site. They only sent you the small polls/surveys that you are eligible for. The lowest earning is always 10 cents. If it's a branding survey the payout goes up. I have made up to $ at one time with branded polls/surveys. The cashout is $!5.

@Shellyann36 I cashed out awhile back and I am glad that I did. There is a lot going on with many sites right now. Which ones are you still on?

@LadyDuck yes, this is very true. Lots of sites are closing and earning is getting difficult.

@Shellyann36 Yes, it's a guessing game to join a site, because you never know if you will be paid.

@HazySue yes, it is sad to see them go and sad to see how many sites have changed. Swagbucks is changing like crazy these days.

This is the first I have ever heard of either site you have written about here. At least they were never shady about paying people and are being honest about who they will pay from here until they close. I am sorry to hear that they are closing down since you enjoyed the site. That is always very disappointing!

@BelleStarr thank you, I am especially sorry that I won't be able to get my 49 cents out of them. Not much but still.

@PatZAnthony both sites are small polling/survey places. PaidViewPoint pays at least ten cents per poll that you complete and if it turns into a branding survey/poll the pay can go higher. I have earned up to $4 with one small survey for them. They only send you invites to the polls/surveys that you qualify for. No worry about spending a bunch of time on one and then getting told you don't qualify. Cashout is $15 and they pay quickly.

I've never heard of either of them before. What is pvp anyway? *(Never mind, I read a review about it. If I can retire at seventy and need other sources of income I'll let you know).
