War on Drugs is not really working

It seems that despite of those people who surrendered at first. Later on they were arrested again for continuing their drug use or transaction. Unfortunately Extra Judicial became real with random people being kidnap and killed. Making use believe they're legitimate targets, which I know realized that is so wrong. Duterte mentioned once that he did planted evidence in the past but what troubles me is that people didn't get that as a threat. With the probe on the False Arrest for Ransom, turns out cops first plant drug evidence and then raid the place. Extort them money and extort more if they give more. Well, that's what I've heard in the Senate Probe. It's sad no matter who the President is, The government stays the same in terms of corrupting. I mean they continued to do illegal means in extorting money with foreigners, now it's exposed done to Koreans. Because some died because of it inside the Police Head Office. Not surprising that after Du30's term, it gets a lot worst. Well, it's just an opinion of mine.

It is sad that these corrupt policemen are still actively on the job.

Some of them were just transferred instead of getting fired and sent to jail @salonga

@Letranknight2015 Yes and that really is disappointing. I hate it when the President even believed the cops who killed mayor Espinosa in jail.

@Letranknight2015 They should have been dismissed. It becomes selective justice.
