I Slept, Now I Will Eat / myLot

Such an exciting day. I went back to bed and slept three hours solid. I have been up for a while, and I am going to eat my lunch I packed for work. My mind told me I would use this "sick day" to do lots of stuff. That is out of the question. I am using this "sick day" to get better for sure. After I eat it is likely I will go back to sleep. Don't I have an exciting day?

Yes, I have to get better, I hate to not be at work, helping my team. This was probably going to be an easy day for them, or at least easier than usual. I am working on getting over this.

Lunch was fabulous. Left over fried rice with a generous serving of egg casserole. It will be time to sleep again soon.

@GardenGerty I hear you. I have a nice dinner. I hardly ever eat lunch. But this morning I had cereal and I know I cheated on my diabetic diet. I will most likely pay for that later on or tomorrow. I ope not.
