The comfiest seat in the house

The soft-close lid (easy-close lid) toilet seat arrived - that was fast. My husband is installing it as I type. After examining the box I am pleased to say it was not made in China...
However, I'm not pleased to say - it was made in Mexico. If Trump had already imposed that 20 percent tax on imports that seat would have cost me more money - glad I got it early!

Can we even find such thing made in the USA? We try, but most things just are no longer made here.

Well, it has parts missing - it's packed up to go back - I found one on Lowe's site that is made in USA!

That one is back with UPS heading back to Amazon. It wouldn't work and we have one exactly like it - oh well.

Yes, isn't that going to fun when the tax is imposed? I love avocados and they were saying on the news the other day that these are one thing that will be taxed. They are a bit expensive already.

Looks cool and I think a quiet lid is a great idea. We will wonder every day what he - the fat orange guy will do every single day of his reign.
