Can our Dinner keep us Healthy?

Most of the people think to go by the various saying that it is always the Dinner which should be great though it always does not appear to be truth. It all depends upon once body constitution. Whatever may be the dinner's action on the body, we can make it great suitable for all but some options needs to be considered; The concept of stirred fried veggies is important as the stir fry procedure helps in the retention of nutrients in the vegetables and make them calorie-free. They will be less in oil Adding sweet potatoes to a dinner is a must as they are the rich source of Carbohydrates which are needed for continuous flow of energy required for the body. Prefer brown bread in place of white bread. Brown Bread has got complex carbohydrates that may not increase/spike blood sugar level.

I don't see why it can't, as long as we eat the right food in the right amount and at the right time.
