Long nails or perfect typing

I have always had long nails but they are messing up my typing. With great reluctance I have them trimmed now so that my typing becomes flawless.
Can you manage to type perfectly with long nails or have your also kept them in trim? Do you match your nails with the colour of your dress?

Are those your nails in the picture? If so very beautiful. How do you get them to grow and look so good?I don't match my polish color with what I wear I only have a couple colors right now.

They are from wikimedia (lol) I will never paint that colour. At the moment I have trimmed my nails.

@allknowing Ah. Yeah I am a fan of certain colors and blues greens oranges are not for me. I like purple pinks reds and even the neutral colors.

@Tina30219 During our young days there were only shades of red. My choice is silvery peach

My nails are currently long but they aren't giving me any trouble with typing. I usually prefer my names nicely trimmed and short.

If I have long nails they interfere with my typing. Great that you have no issues with long nails

@allknowing Oh I didn't say that I have no issues with long nails. Just not issues with typing with long nails. Otherwise, I literally feel like they are an alien entity on my person and I have to get rid of them.

Some look for comfort and long nails need care for which many do not have the time.

I was a spoilt brat in that I always had help around. But now I do get to potter in the kitchen and more importantly bang on my pc and the nails do come in the way.

I currently keep my nails short but only because if I don't, I break them while going about my work.
I usually will paint my toes in the warm months, and no typing there :)
