Ok here goes, I am a multitasker and I can like and make comments on other people's discussions as well as writing discussions myself too. So here goes. We have found that Coca cola unclogs our toilet and other people have mentioned that they can clean their windsheilds, get rid of rust and a number of other things with it. But this sells as a drink to be consumed by humans not a cleansing again or for other household needs, so it sounds too harsh for my stomach. What do you think?

That is rather scary to think about. I drink Dr. Pepper. Not a lot but one or two 12 ouncer at least three times a week. I try to stay with water most of the time. But Dr. Pepper seems to get my system going and sometimes I need that.

I mostly drink Ginger Ale! Or if I cannot get that I drink Sierra Mist, Sprite or 7 Up.

While we would not drink this, we do know it can clear the corrosion on a car battery.

I don't care much for sodas. I rarely drink them. I have family members who are addicted to diet cokes. That is a double whammy on the body... the acid and the artificial sweetener.

@dfollin I buy a certain coke a cola product for my toilet and buy cola zero for me to drink. Coke a cola is good for your upset stomachs.

It is not harsh on your stomach because it has phosphoric acid. Yes that is a chemical that is in cleaners, it is only a little bit per can. If you were to drink case after case of coke...not only would your blood sugar be through the roof, but perhaps the phosphoric acid will do a little harm but really it would just give you acid reflux because it is an acid. It is in many fruit juices. It is good to look things up before jumping to conclusions. Cola is not the best thing for you in the first place, the thing that would hard anyone first is the sodium and sugar intact, not the phosphoric acid.
