Yes, tonight marks the exact day, 365 days later, give or take a day, another driver recklessly drives across the street in front of our house going West then crosses the median, barely missing the light post, and slams into a gate into our next door neighbor's front yard. Any other night, he would have had a car parked right out in front, and it would have been demolished. He said, "This is why I park my car beyond the front gate." The driver was uninjured but a bit dazed. He tole us his side of the story, that he was driving and 2 cars were racing past him and he tried to keep from being hit, only it seems a bit hard to believe due to the fact that part of his car landed in the far right lane and he ended up over 6 lanes and a center median and onto the driveway of the front yard of our next door neighbor. Last year our house was hit by a drunken driver in a red pickup truck going East who hit our next door neighbor's car, parked in his front driveway, and hit our house and caused over 3,000.00 in property damage. The only good thing was, besides the fact the driver was not injured, he was covered by his insurance. And now, for something completely unrelated:
